Good pizza, plenty of toppings. A little expensive but I guess even thing in California is now.
Want delivery in Lake Elsinore, but don't want a chain? Want to have a kids pizza party after the end of a season/for a birthday/reward? Want to go to a place where you can get a.good beer and maybe a couple of arcade games like back in the 80s and 90s? Seriously, this has that "vintage" post Watergate pizza place vibe down solid. Service is awesome, Delivery and in store. It doesn't take much to make this awesome, but they do it. This is your spot. It's your local big store pizza place, capable of holding a dozen or more under 15 yearolds. The pies are pretty good, solid options. A couple steps up from Costco, mainly because you got so many options. Go here when you.want to support a local institution, want some good pizza, like the old school feel. Since moving here, I've actually only tried 2 pizzerias other than MBP. While 1 of the 2 others I've had is also very good (that being Pizza Bowl), MPB ended up being so good, that even when I'd like to try or visit other pizzerias it just never ends up happening because it's so hard to not pick My Buddies every time when I know no matter what I will consistently get an amazingly tasty pizza with loads of toppings generously spread all over of it and you can trust when you ask for extra cheese, you're gonna get cheese. You combine that with every employee here being nice and accommodating and willing to fix any issues you've got, it's hard to justify going anywhere else. I will also be transparent here, any pizzeria you go to nowadays that isn't fast food is quite pricey and MBP isn't any better in that regard which you can't blame these places much for when much cheaper "good enough" fast food pizza's that most people are fine with settling for are pressuring local businesses. But let me be clear, before going to MBP for the first time, I always held the opinion that no pizza is good enough to be more than ~20$ or it's overpriced and MBP made me a believer because I realized for the first time it's not that pizza's can't be worth well over 20$, it's just hard to find places that can actually make a pizza good enough to justify the premium. I'll put it this way, every so often I get a pizza here with every single topping they have that comes out to be not too shy of 100$, and I got no problem paying it, their pizzas are that good. edit: I neglected to mention, their fried chicken is also 10/10, I've only had their boneless wings though as I'm not a big fan of bone-in. Oh, their calzone, everything I said about their pizza, just as a giant hot pocket. I also have to mention I'm not sure where they get their ranch from, or if they make it, or what kind it is, but for whatever reason even their ranch is absurdly good. Straight up, get a beer, some of their ranch, and dip your pizza crust scraps into it, omg bro.
Love coming here with the kids. We've been here for team parties, and for birthday and the food is great and the place is nice.
One of the best pizzerias in town. We order from My Buddies Pizza often. Our favorite is the Midnight Snack.
I came here for the first time and had a calzone. I was worried it would be too much bread or that the bread would be tough but it was just perfect in my opinion! Soft bread and perfect bread-meat-cheese-sauce ratio! It also had like a garlic butter brushed on the top of it adding even more flavor and delicious-ness! I also enjoyed the fries, they were like steak fries: thick cut, fluffy inside, and crispy on the outside. I wish I took a picture but I was so tired and hungry I just wanted to dig in as soon as it was set down in front of me. The staff were friendly and checked in for feedback on the food or if we needed anything extra, but gave us the space we needed to eat in peace. Unfortunately, the furniture looks a bit worn down with some of the bench seating having holes or the cushion being so worn away you can see the springs through the material. Overall definitely enjoyed it!
Great food. They could use a little manners and professionalism. Overall nice place but staff bit off. My recommendation. The calzone with pepperoni, sausage and bacon was delicious. I think this place could be a solid 5 star place if they adjust their attitudes and smile more often and are a bit more attentive to people coming In and ordering food.
Definitely the best pizza in the area. Toppings are always fresh and plentiful. Their wings are yummy, salads are fresh and the sandwiches have always been delicious. Staff has always been nice and their delivery is also fast. If I had to pick a con, it would be the prices. But at the same time you definitely get what you pay for. Yes they are expensive but their food matches the price.
Food is good and they have a great staff. There is a large arcade area where you can earn tickets and turn then in for prizes. It's not in a prime location and the interior needs a makeover but for a family night of pizza, chicken strips, appetizers and beer it was good.
